Order Sync

Send eligible WooCommerce orders to Odoo manually or automatically and monitor each background job.

Synco creates Odoo sale-order records from WooCommerce orders. Configure settings and eligibility first, then use the order list for controlled manual or bulk runs.

Prerequisites

  • WooCommerce and Odoo are connected.
  • The Odoo company is selected.
  • Products have been synchronized or can be matched by their identifiers.
  • Order Settings is enabled and the intended order/invoice behavior is saved.

Manual sync

  1. Open Order Sync and switch to the order list.
  2. Filter or search for the intended WooCommerce orders.
  3. Select one or more orders.
  4. Select Sync → Odoo.
  5. Open Jobs to review queued, active, completed, or failed results.

Each list row identifies the order number, billing customer, WooCommerce status, currency/total, and item count.

Automatic sync

When Order Settings is enabled, supported WooCommerce order events can queue synchronization automatically. Synco applies the saved status, fulfillment, source, and date filters before creating the Odoo record.

What the job does

A WooCommerce → Odoo order job can:

  • Find or create the customer according to customer settings.
  • Match order lines to Odoo products.
  • Create a draft or confirmed sale order.
  • Create/post an invoice according to the selected invoice type and eligibility.
  • Select income accounts, sales/payment journals, currency, taxes, and payment behavior.
  • Apply order rules before or after creation where the selected rule requires it.
  • Store the Odoo order reference back in WooCommerce metadata for later updates and fulfillment.

Resyncing

An order with a stored Odoo reference is treated as linked. Review the job log before resyncing: settings changes may update the existing target or execute additional invoice/delivery actions. Avoid repeatedly queuing the same order while its earlier job is active.

Free-plan usage

Successful new order synchronizations count toward the Free plan’s 100-order monthly allowance. See Plans and Billing.
