Using the service

You may connect stores you own or are authorised to administer. You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you provide and for the configuration you choose, including sync direction.

Plans and billing

• —The free plan includes a monthly allowance and stops syncing once reached.
• —Paid plans include a monthly product-sync allowance and unlimited order syncs.
• —Usage past a paid plan's allowance is billed as overage blocks rather than interrupting sync.
• —Plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sync jobs retry automatically, and queued work resumes when a dependency recovers.

Your data

You retain ownership of your store data. We access it only to perform the syncs you configure. See the privacy policy for detail.

Liability

SyncO writes to systems of record. Test your configuration before enabling sync on a live store. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
