How the plans actually work.
What counts as a product sync?
Each product written to the other system in a calendar month. Re-syncing the same product later in the month counts again, because it is another write.
What happens if I hit my product limit?
Product syncs pause for the rest of the calendar month and resume automatically at the start of the next one. Orders keep syncing on every paid plan. Upgrade at any time for a higher allowance.
What is the field mapping add-on?
Custom field and meta_data mapping is $5/month on top of any paid plan. It lets you map WooCommerce meta_data keys and custom fields onto Odoo fields per resource, with direction control on each row.
Are order syncs really unlimited?
On every paid plan, yes. Orders are only capped on the free plan, which includes 100 per month.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes. Your allowance changes immediately; metering continues against the new plan for the remainder of the period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period.
