Privacy policy

What SyncO stores, why it stores it, and what it never sends anywhere else.

Plain-English summary. Have your own counsel review before relying on it commercially.

What we store

  • Your account: email address, name if given, and a hashed password. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
  • Store connections: the store URL and the WooCommerce API credentials it issued, encrypted at rest.
  • Odoo connections: server URL, database name, username, and password or API key, encrypted at rest.
  • Sync configuration: which resources sync, in which direction, and your field mappings.
  • Usage counts: how many records synced per month, for plan metering.

What we do not store

SyncO does not keep a copy of your catalogue, orders or customer records. Data is read from one system and written to the other in the course of a sync job; it is not retained afterwards.

Job history keeps identifiers and error messages so failures can be diagnosed — not the full record contents.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Store data is not sold, rented or shared. Subprocessors are limited to the infrastructure needed to run the service — hosting, database and queue providers.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting a store removes its credentials and configuration, and deletes the webhooks SyncO created in WooCommerce. Deleting your account removes the associated connections and configuration.

Connect a store, map your fields, and watch the first orders land in Odoo.
